Azar project awarded to OEID which include 19 drilling deep wells and one work over well, for this project we need one 3000HP and three 2000HP land rigs plus all drilling services. We are doing this project with Iran banking system as our financial partner and we negotiate to NIOC and Banks for final solution. Azar project is Production Sharing System this is the first kind project like this that awarded to OEID by NIOC.
Also OEID intends seriously to participate in another Tender that ICOFC issued and liker this tender are coming rarely with very good financial situation and two years duration with one year extension which each year the estimate cost is 85,000,000.00 USD.
I introduce yourself as with high relation and valuable company in China and I convinced Managing Director and the Board of Directors to approach you for all of OEID projects and they confirmed that to select your company as partner the ICOFC tender.
As I informed you before I want to introduce a reputable and high potential drilling and services company to ICOFC for this tender and this is very preliminary stage, since we have very short time to introduce our partner, so OEID emphasis first to follow this.
