你装了matlab了没有？如果装了应该可以的

或者是你的matlab可能有些问题，因为大部分人都是能用的，这些.m文件最好放在matlab安装目录下运行

直接对wis文件处理还是对txt处理啊！

格式是txt的，因为我们煤田测井不如油田规范，因此格式都是自己简单写的，操作起来方便
