做schedule出现错误

我把从flogrid导出的.fgrid文件和.trj 文件，导入到schedule文件时，总是报上面这个错误，是为什么？

      Grid units set to: METRES

*.fgrid文件和*.trj 文件是同时导出的吧？启动Schedule模块后，先设置单位了吗？

是同时导出的，单位也设置了。
