职位描述及要求

Responsibilities:

1. Following asset and inventory processes and resolving issues to ensure compliance

2. Drive equipment maintenance process

3. Drive warehouse management standard procedures and best practices

4. Track and maintain an accurate record of asset and inventory as well inventory received and consumed.

5. Manage and direct cycle count compliance and reconciliations

6. Facilitate asset and inventory redeployment to optimize asset utilization and inventory levels

7. Maintain oversight of excess and obsolescence initiatives.

8. Communicate with customer service, procurement, and business units to resolve issues related to inventory and asset management

9. Generate reports (DSI, Utilization, Turns and other KPIs) and analyse trends

10. Resolve issues related to processes and systems relating to inventory and asset management

11. Support all regional and global inventory initiatives

12. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time

Qualifications:

1. Good communication skills;

2. Basic English spoken & written.

3. General computer knowledge – knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

4. Basic ASAS knowledge, general knowledge of stores & inventory system.

5. General equipment & produce knowledge.

6. College education or technical school.

7. 2 years experiences in relevant field. Inventory management or logistical experience is preferred.
