【报告题目】：Pore scale modeling in the application of oil and gas industry。
【内容简介】：Pore-scalemodeling provides a way to fundamentally study how pore structure affectspore-scale flow behavior as well as macroscopic properties of porous rock. Thedevelopment of 3D imaging techniques opens up tremendous interest inimage-based pore-scale modeling. In this talk, pore-scale modeling of non-Darcyflow is developed in propped fractures. Non-Darcy flow behavior is studied atthe pore-level. Different pore-scale simulation methodsare investigated and compared. 【主讲专家】：Dr.Yijie Shen YijieShen is now a senior engineer in Halliburton Company working on fracture diagnosticand reservoir monitoring. She gets her Ph.D.degree in Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University in Aug. 2014. Herresearch is focused on pore-scale modelingin different porous media(sandstones, dolomites and proppant packs). She did summer internships inSchlumberger (2012) and Procter & Gamble (2011). Yijie holds a BS degree inBiochemical Engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology.
