Position Specifications:
1.Develop and implement long term and short term strategic operational plans to meet company’s targets.
2.Oversee and manage operational departments and ensure the operational targets to be achieved timely and within budget.
3.Oversee the general exploration activities in Mabi and new concessions.
4.Develop and implement EHS plans and oversee the EHS area in operation.
5.Ensure that effective operational systems/tools are in place including providing accurate data and timely feedback to support production analysis, planning, operations, reviews and corrective decision making actions
6.Supervise various technical teams to recommend and implement acreage development program, including identifying drilling locations, preparing development plans, prioritizing drilling and completion technologies.
7.Review and approve rig and equipment upgrades and monitor vendor and contractor performance and take corrective action as required.
8.Evaluate operation results, take corrective actions, set key performance Indicators and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
9.Develop high caliber reporting tools and ensure that the CEO and the board of Directors receive regular updates on progress
10.Plan and develop the processing and engineering team including recruitment, training, leading, motivating and retaining engineering managers/teams
11.Ensure that technical data is properly channelled and is communicated in a timely and effective manner throughout the organization
12.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities and communicate these issues in a useful and insightful fashion to the teams and to management
13.Lead the changes for the integration of the processes and functions – including modelling, influencing, shaping and driving the transformation to achieve a highly efficient improvement oriented production process.
14.Other managerial responsibilities assigned by the President and CEO.

Professional Background
1.Significant experience in the CBM industry, and related drilling and completion technologies.
2.Proven ability to provide long term strategic insight as well as the ability to manage day to day operations details
3.Solid experience as a production leader, who is able to transform the business from construction to production mode and who is able to deliver the technical solutions that the company requires
4.Ability to contribute in a dynamic growth environment by operating in a cross cultural and multifunctional business
