1__Process Engineers
POSITION PROFILE:
Process calculations, process simulations and dimensioning of equipment
Development and improvement of new and existing products
Ensure that the engineering activities and engineering processes that facilitate the progression of the project through its various phases.
Preparation of PFDs and P&IDs
Participate in project execution and business development
Prepare engineering queries to Customers.
Verification of project documents as required.
2__Senior Control System Engineers
POSITION PROFILE:
This role is for a Control System engineer includes the scope of work for the engineering contractor, oversee and audit engineering and commissioning to secure that the end clients interest are well maintained.
The scope of work will include, but not limited to, work with detail system architecture, network communications, 3rd party interfaces, and control and marshalling cabinets. Configure control strategies and shutdown philosophy and develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) graphics based on the client defined Operator Interface standards.
Develope and participate with internal Hardware and Software QA/QC testing programs; Support System Integration Functional Testing. Execute witness Hardware and Software Acceptance Testing.
3__Planners
POSITION PROFILE:
Provide project weekly / monthly progress status reporting based on Contractors input
Follow up and ensure active steering of plans, milestones, critical path and risks
Monitoring float development within the schedules and between contracts (CPI's)
Active participation in planning discussions with project management, the project
organisation and suppliers
Co-ordination within project organisation including project planners and suppliers
Facilitating between the various project areas or within a portfolio to ensure an optimal
use of time and money
Monitoring schedule change control
Exchange experiences and benchmarking with other projects internally
Contribute to experience transfer feedback to templates and governing documents
4__Subsea Structural Engineers
POSITION PROFILE:
Through follow-up and supervision of the engineering contractor, assure that the subsea structure design is fit for purpose, within the set timeframe and within budget
Ensure that engineering studies comply with Norwegian rules and regulations, company HSE and QA/QC requirements and applicable general specifications
Ensure the compliance of the work with basis of design, project specifications and procedure for exceptions/deviations
Ensure the compliance of the work with applicable codes and standards and best engineering practices with the aim of reducing investments as much as possible without negatively influencing the required level of quality and safety in design.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor Degree or higher level of technical education with relevant experience
Structural/mechanical Engineer with 10 years experience in subsea structure design and calculations in the North Sea and familiar with NORSOK requirements.
Experience with calculation programs (SESAM, USFOS, STAADPro), ability to evaluate modelling and calculation results.
Good English
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5__Senior Subsea System Engineer
POSITION PROFILE:
Contribute in asuring that at all times it exists reliable schedules and budgets for ongoing and outstanding activities.
Participate in contractual work, evaluations and tendering contracts.
Contribute with input to uncertainty register and risk matrix and define mitigating actions within responsible area.
Assure that the Company HMS requirements are addressed internally and externally.
Assure coordination between relevant technical sections in company, related to quality assurance of internal and external work related to chosen solutions.
Assure relevant experience transfer from internal and external sources.
Assure compliance with authority requirements and contribute to a good professional relationship with relevant authorities and stake holders.

5 years of relevant experience.

Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity.
Supports and technologies: Technical requirement and standards.

6__Senior Subsea Control System Engineers
POSITION PROFILE:
Ensure operational intergrity and advising on equipment standardization.
Ensure technical support to operation departments and projects.
Ensure that governing documents, standards and codes are followed during projects, operating and maintenance activities.
Together with operation assure that all parts of the system are operated and maintained according to supplier recommendation and governing documents.
Assure that all parts of the work are being performed with high focus  on HSE to avoid personnel injuries and damage to material and environment.
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum Bachelor of Science within Engineering or equivalent (Cybernetics/Automation, Electrical). Relevant experience can replace lack of formal education
7 years floating drilling rig and subsea completion experience.
Technical knowledge of subsea production control systems IT Hardware Architecture (Generic)
Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity.

Compliance: Local/national and international standard codes, tender procedure.

7__Structural Engineers
POSITION PROFILE:
Provide structural engineering technical guidance and assurance in exciting projects.
Perform structural calculations, review drawings, documentation and engineering deliverables.
Liaison between engineering, fabrication installation contractors, and certification authorities for structural engineering assurance.
Provide support during construction to ensure site technical queries, non-conformances, concession requests are properly resolved.
Evaluate requests for deviations or exemptions to the established specifications and standards.
Provide leadership in addressing structural engineering issues with considerations of cost, schedule, and quality.
Determine risks to delivery and ensure adequate risk mitigation plans are in place.
Ensure engineering quality in the discipline and advise on any training requirements.
Provide technical input to risk assessments and other project reviews.
Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant codes, standards, and regulations that pertain to structural design.
QUALIFICATION:
This position requires 8 years experience in the structural design and construction of offshore platforms.
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant experiance in project related to Norwegian Oil & Gas industry. (NORSOK)

10__Commissioning Engineers
POSITION PROFILE:
Comply with national authorities and customers requirements for installation, and start up of new installations.
Follow the routines specified in the contracts and in the management system.
Assist engineering in commissioning procedure development
The overall performance/follow-up of complection activities
MC/Preservation follow-up system
Commissioning preparation and job cards follow-up
MC/Preservation/Commissioning requirements towards suppliers
Onshore and offshore commissioning follow-up.
Onshore and offshore mechanical completion follow-up
Offshore work will be required
QUALIFICATION:
Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 10 years experience both onshore and offshore
Software Skills SAP and ProCoSys
Language Skills Norwegian, English
Minimum 2 years relevant experiance in project related to Norwegian Oil & Gas industry. (NORSOK)
