Responsibilities：
1. Pre-well modeling for well trajectory, Torque and Drag analysis, Hydraulics analysis and BHA design for each rig;
2. Realtime monitoring for well trajectory, Torque and Drag analysis, Hydraulics analysis and BHA design on each rig;
3. Post well analysis of all information gain from drilling for the purpose of improving techniques and procedures;
4. Main point of contact for troubleshooting the well planning for all rigs drilling SIS well;
5. Training all OCC and related staff in the above activities for improving overall company efficiency;
6. Meeting with clients with respect to gathering information in order to plan SIS drilling programs.
Qualifications:
6. Engineering Bachelors or above highly regarded, but not mandatory, Major in Petroleum / Drilling;
7. 2 Years Directional Driller (Coal Bed Methane Experience highly regarded) with a Degree or 5 or more Years Experience without a Degree;
8. Understanding of Drilling Operations, CBM Drilling Knowledge, Directional Drilling Knowledge, understanding of Directional Drilling Steering Tool(s), Landmark’s Compass Software. Microsoft Office Software;
9. Fluent English.
岗位职责：

2. 实时监控井轨，扭矩和拉力分析，液压分析和平台BHA设计；
3. 公布钻井信息数据分析，改善施工技巧和流程；
4. 有SIS钻井平台井计划故障处理经验者优先；
5. 培训OCC和以上工作相关员工，提高公司总体效率；
6. 与客户沟通，收集数据，制作SIS钻井程序。
任职要求：
1. 有本科及以上学历者优先；石油/钻井专业；
2. 本科学历者须有2年以上定向钻井工作经验（有煤层气方面工作经验者优先），其它须有5年及以上工作经验；
3. 了解钻井施工、CBM钻井知识、定向钻井知识，了解定向钻井转向工具、Landmark’s Compass软件和微软办公软件；
4. 英语流利
