Petrel2018 工区文件加载失败 可否有解决方法

错误提示：Load error: Illegal to wait on a task in a Windows Runtime STA
petrel可以正常打开，一旦选择打开工区文件就会报错

Message中的信息如下【Warning: The project character set '1252  (ANSI - 拉丁语 I)' is different than the current system character set '936   (ANSI/OEM - 简体中文 GBK)'.
