    基于StoSAG算法的井网优化研究

    开发井网的部署是油田开发中最关键的问题之一,关系着油田开发的成败。传统的井网设计往往基于油藏工程师的经验人工设计多套方案进行对比优选,这种方法依赖于经验,费时费力。借助于油藏数值模拟器,充分考虑油藏储层和流体非均质性,利用智能优化算法不断调整井网形式,从而得到与之相匹配的井网形式,已日益成为研究的热点。
    最近,中国地质大学(北京)王守磊博士等基于人工智能方法,通过将剪切、旋转、平移和放缩等操作作为优化变量,实现了井网形式的任意变化,在此基础上建立了井网优化数学模型,采用StoSAG算法实现了井网优化数学模型的求解。实例结果表明,StoSAG算法应用于井网形式优化是可行的,优化所得方案明显提高了油田开发效果。该方法可以广泛应用于新油田开发方案的编制,为油田井网部署提供指导

    Abstract:
    The well pattern optimization in the oilfield is challengingand intricate work due to the heterogeneity of the permeability and viscosity.Traditionally, the well pattern optimization is conducted by comparing theresults of several plans manually designed by the reservoir engineer, which isdifficult to obtain the optimal well pattern. To address these challenges, aframework that integrates a reservoir simulator into the StoSAG algorithm isproposed. The well pattern operators proposed by Onwunalu and Durlofsy areapplied to obtain the variations of the well pattern and used as theoptimization variables.
    During the framework, the optimization variables are continuously adjusted bythe StoSAG algorithm in order to obtain the optimal one which maximize theobjective function value. The framework is applied to a synthetic reservoir.The results show that the StoSAG algorithm can be successfully applied in thewell pattern optimization and remarkably improve the development effect. Thismethod can be widely used in new oilfield development plan and offer referencefor well pattern deployment.
