1. Organize for the establishment, operation and update of EHS management system with continuous improvement; take in charge of the external & internal audits.
2. Organize for the establishment of EHS standards for operations and monitor the implementation.
3. Be responsible for incident investigation, statistics & analysis, and lesson learnt sharing
4. Provide professional consultation and supports to ensure that the operations are conducted in a safe and environmental responsible manner, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Keep monitoring operation in line with EHS management system.
6. Provide coaching, advice, mentor and supports for EHS Support team members, others in the company;
7. Carry out HSE legal and regulation compliance review periodically.
8. Establish the emergency response plan and organize emergency drills.
