请问管理员如何获取国外博士后职位信息？除了主页广告之外，还有什么呢。多谢！

如果你关注高校的postdoc position, 你可以关注系里的网站，对外开放申请的职位都会po到网站上，包括研究方向和职责描述，薪酬等相关的问题。
如果你关注公司的postdoc position，你 要去公司的招聘网站，而且还可以通过订阅的方式（一般大公司的网站都有这个功能），持续获得公司最新的职位信息。
在国外，还有二个很重要的途径。一个是靠老板推荐，另一个是系里转发的邮件。这类信息国内的申请者很难第一时间获取，因为一般都是跟老板关系好的公司或者其他的学校给老板的消息。比如下面这种委托系里秘书转发的邮件，这类信息的可能要取决于学校的知名度和与其他学校的联系了。

The position is available for a year, starting in2014, with renewal for 1-2 years contingent upon performance and funding.Depending on the project goals of the applicant,techniques that could be utilized include EBSD,microprobe, SIMS, TEM, confocal Raman, tomography, XANES ormodeling. 另外，还可以通过社交网站获取相应的信息。你可以加入LinkedIn上面的专业组，如果公司里有职位，也会第一时间在组里转发。比如Reservoir Engineers，Reservoir Simulation，Sedimentology and Paleontology。
