Qualification 1. Unconventional gas completions and production technology design and execution experience. Ability to develop completions programs unique to the unconventional gas exploration and development is essential. 2. experience in stimulation, completions, fluids, cementing, and perforating in unconventional gas environments. This includes candidate selection and technology application. Be able to write procedures and carry the project through the execution phase. Operational expertise is essential. 3. Modelling and simulation capabilities using IPM, GOHFER, PredictK, StimPlan and WellCat. Proficiency in DFIT and pressure decline ****yses. 4. Petroleum engineering or related engineering degree required. Advanced degree is preferred. 5. Ability to develop strategies and deliver projects with minimal supervision. 6. Must maintain all HSSE requirements for the team on site/location and all off site planning activities. Can-do attitude (without sacrificing Shell HSE principals and standards) is a must. 7. Strong team player and leadership qualities are required. 8. Capable of teaching the basics in field of expertise. Train other production technologists in respective projects to build a team of completions/PT professional as required during the project execution.
